Seth is a 5th Generation Contractor, carrying on the family legacy of "Converse Construction" as a licensed residential home builder with a strong reputation for quality work. He is also an EPA Lead Certified Renovator and an esteemed member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Seth is a proud husband and father of three girls, with a commitment to teaching them the art of construction and craftsmanship. His wife serves in the Air Force as a Technical Sergeant (TSgt). Beyond his family and business, Seth is passionate about learning the latest construction techniques and methods, and he hopes to develop a no-cost trade school to invest in the future generations and rebuild the workforce of skilled labor. With his passion for the industry and deep commitment to excellence, Seth is a trusted name in the construction business.
